After you click "Place Order" an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Most Orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail.
We ship orders to all Australian states and territories.
If Standard Shipping is selected, your order will ship via Australia Post unless the delivery address is a PO Box. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.
If an item from our website is marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honour a onetime price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment.
We can only adjust prices for items purchased on the website.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
